4.2. Network connection (LAN/WLAN)

To connect the GT7.3x27 to a server (host), a LAN connection via Ethernet is recommended. 10/100 Mbps communication and IPv4 / IPv6 are supported. It is recommended to connect each GT7.3x27 directly to a separate switch or patch panel socket.
Alternatively if a LAN connection is not available, communication via WLAN is also possible via the internal USB port of the GT7.3x27. For this purpose, the terminal is supplied with a WLAN Stick Archer T2U Nano (Part No. 1108854) pre-installed.
Note
To use the WLAN function, it must be enabled and configured in the web interface settings on the Device Configuration > WLAN page.
