2.3. System requirements and limitations
In order to use the eLoxx One software, ensure that the following requirements and limitations are met.
System requirements
GC7 controller with G7 Main Controller App V2.4.0.
GAT NET.Lock system (GAT NET.Lock 702x locks, GAT NET.Controller S sub controller, cables, etc.). Refer to the GAT NET.Lock system manual for more information.
GAT SMART.Lock system (GAT SMART.Lock 70xx locks, GAT SMART.Controller S, cables etc.). Refer to the GAT SMART.Lock system manual for more information.
Network port to access the eLoxx One website. Default HTTP port (80) or HTTPS port (443).
Optional: broadband internet connection (min. 4/1 Mbit).
System limitations
The system is limited to max. 192 locks (max. 8 sub controllers with max. 24 locks per sub controller).
The total number of bookings is limited to 10,000.
The total number of authorizations (locker users) should not exceed 10,000.
Supported operating systems
eLoxx One can be accessed via a web browser on any operating system.
Notice
Please note that the GANTNER Support Team can only assist when a German or English version of the computer operating system is being used. In addition, support can only be given when the customer provides all access authorizations required by the Support Team.
