eLoxx One

2.1. General information about eLoxx One

The eLoxx One application enables a clear status visualization, configuration, and control of the electronic locker locks from GANTNER as well as the management of the users of the locker system. GANTNER locker locks are used for the convenient locking of lockers in recreational facilities, educational organizations, and companies, etc.

eLoxx One operates via the G7 Main Controller App installed on the GC7 controller and is intended for smaller systems with up to 192 locks, i.e., the maximum number of locks that can be connected to one GC7 controller. A license for eLoxx One must be activated in G7 Connect to begin using the application via the G7 Main Controller App. No further software installation is required on the various workstations and system operators can access the user interface of eLoxx One using any common web browser such as Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.

All system data is stored in the database of the G7 Main Controller App. The app is responsible for making all decisions, e.g., requests to unlock a locker, based on the data in its database. With the eLoxx One license activated, the G7 Main Controller App can also run on the GT7 terminal thereby allowing the display of data from the G7 Main Controller App database (Info terminal function).

The initial configuration of the locker system is completed in the GC7 web interface. eLoxx One can then be accessed via a direct link from the web interface or by entering the address manually into the web browser. The dashboard of eLoxx One provides an overview with the utilization and current status of the lockers clearly displayed. A detailed view is provided for each locker with actions including open locker, disable/enable locker, and reset alarm being available. The management of locker users is carried out on a dedicated page where data carriers, lockers, and authorization groups can be easily assigned to each user.
